Job summary
Revesby Workers’ Club invites an Assistant Gaming Manager to lead daily gaming operations and guide the gaming team toward outstanding member experiences.
You will oversee performance analysis, promotions, and floor presentation, while ensuring compliance and responsible gaming practices across levels of the club.
Qualifications
- Experience in gaming or registered club operations.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a gaming environment.
- Strong knowledge of gaming legislation and regulations.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, cash balancing and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of responsible gaming requirements and practices.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently manage customer concerns and challenging situations.
- Experience working across multiple gaming and business systems.
Responsibilities

- Provide confident leadership to the Gaming team.
- Monitor gaming performance and analyse data and trends.
- Assist with gaming machine installations, conversions and floor moves.
- Support gaming promotions and player engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial and customer outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of gaming floor presentation.
- Assist with daily balancing, reconciliation and gaming reporting.
- Support compliance with gaming legislation, AML/CTF, WHS and policies.
- Build relationships with members, guests and stakeholders.
- Contribute to responsible gaming initiatives.

Revesby Workers’ Club is seeking a confident and motivated Assistant Gaming Manager to help oversee our day-to-day gaming operations and support the continued development of our gaming offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced gaming professional who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of compliance and responsible gaming, and has ambition to grow career.
Reporting to the Gaming Manager, you will provide hands-on operational support, contribute to gaming strategies and projects, and help ensure our gaming operations continue to deliver strong commercial, compliance and customer outcomes.
- Support the day-to-day oversight of gaming operations
- Provide confident leadership and direction to the Gaming team
- Monitor gaming performance and analyse operational data and trends
- Assist with gaming machine installations, conversions and floor moves
- Support gaming promotions and player engagement initiatives
- Help identify opportunities to improve commercial and customer outcomes
- Maintain high standards of gaming floor presentation
- Assist with daily balancing, reconciliation and gaming-related reporting
- Support the management of customer concerns, incidents and disputes
- Build strong relationships with members, guests and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to responsible gaming initiatives and proactively identify patrons who may be displaying at-risk behaviours
- Support compliance with gaming legislation, AML/CTF requirements, WHS obligations and Club policies and procedures
- A confident and effective communicator
- A capable leader who can support, guide and positively influence others
- Passionate about gaming and delivering an outstanding member experience
- Comfortable working with gaming data, reports and multiple operating systems
- Analytical, organised and attentive to detail
- Able to resolve issues calmly and professionally
- Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
- Collaborative and able to build positive working relationships across the team
- Experience with AML/CTF monitoring, investigations or reporting will be highly regarded.
- Strong experience within gaming or registered club operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a gaming environment

- Knowledge of responsible gaming requirements and practices

- RSA, RCG & ARCG
- Relevant AML/CTF training or certification
