Job summary

Kingpin Bondi in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Games & Attractions Manager to help lead the action and support the Games & Attractions Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the operation of all games, attractions and redemption areas while driving team performance and ensuring our Winner's Vault is stocked and organized.

This role emphasizes leadership, maintenance readiness, inventory control, safety, and delivering high standards that keep guests coming back

• Experience leading teams in hospitality, entertainment or leisure.
• Ability to deliver memorable guest experiences and manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on leader who can coach and develop others.

Supporting the Games & Attractions Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our arcade and attractions, driving team performance and ensuring our Winner's Vault is always stocked, organised and ready to impress.
