Job summary

Kingpin Bondi is opening in November 2026, and we’re looking for an Assistant Games & Attractions Manager to help lead the action. Supporting the Games & Attractions Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our arcade and attractions, driving team performance and ensuring our Winner's Vault is stocked, organised and ready to impress.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of all games, attractions and redemption areas.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with attraction maintenance, game presentation and operational readiness.
• Support inventory management, merchandising and stock control within the Winner's Vault.
• Monitor performance metrics and help drive revenue and guest satisfaction outcomes.
• Ensure all areas are presented to a high standard and operate safely at all times.
• Act as a leader on shift, supporting operational excellence across the venue.
