Ovolo Group in Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager who thrives on the next challenge. You’ll cover the hotel in the absence of senior management and ensure the front office team delivers Ovolo's effervescent experiences to our guests. You will ensure a safe environment and provide support across departments.

This is a Full-Time role with mornings, nights and weekends required. You should have previous hotel duty manager experience or be an aspiring front office supervisor ready

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office or duty management is preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Willing to work mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations on shift and ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Support reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B during shifts.
• Drive upsell revenue through staff training and guest engagement.
