You will partner with an experienced Facilities Manager to coordinate services, contractors, compliance and day-to-day operations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Early experience in facilities, building services, maintenance coordination, trades administration or a related operational role.
• Practical understanding of maintenance activities and confidence working with contractors.
• Strong planning, communication and stakeholder service skills.
• Attention to detail across records, actions and compliance documentation.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning facilities management systems.
• Motivation to grow into a Facilities Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager with daily operations and delivery of planned and reactive services.
• Coordinate contractors, work orders, quotations and follow-up of outstanding actions.
• Assist with site inspections, maintenance planning and accurate operational reporting.
• Help maintain compliance records, contractor documentation and portfolio information.
• Build effective relationships with tenants, clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify practical improvements that support safe, consistent and cost-conscious service delivery.
