CBRE is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Charter Hall Office account team in Sydney CBD. This hub-based role offers hands‑on exposure across a portfolio of six premium commercial office assets and the opportunity to learn from highly experienced site-based Facilities Managers.
This is a genuine learning role, well suited to someone with facilities, property, building operations or trade experience looking to step up, as well as those bringing strong transferable skills from adjacent industries such as hospitality operations, customer‑facing trades, retail operations, maintenance coordination or building services.
You’ll build broad Facilities Management exposure quickly through portfolio variety, leave cover, project support, mentoring and a structured development pathway. There is plenty of support around you, with an experienced team available to guide your development as you grow in confidence and capability.
Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a trade is ideal; however, we are equally open to candidates bringing strong transferable skills from a customer‑focused, operational or services background
