Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Brisbane is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a premium industrial portfolio, working with clients, occupiers and service partners to deliver high standards of facilities management.

You'll manage day-to-day operations, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure WHS, risk and compliance are met, while balancing budgets and reporting across the portfolio in a flexible, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across industrial, commercial, retail or similar asset classes.
• Proven contractor management and service delivery experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting and financial performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with clients, occupiers and service partners.
• Solid knowledge of WHS, compliance and risk management frameworks.
