Miele’s Experience Centre in Australia seeks an Assistant Experience Centre Manager to lead a premium retail team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer journeys. You’ll support day-to-day operations, collaborate with partners, and deliver premium in-store experiences.

You’ll thrive in a hands-on leadership role with strong coaching skills, commercial sense, and a passion for high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey through consultative sales conversations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: presentation, merchandising and operations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive referrals and growth.
• Own centre operations including rostering, stock management and reporting.
