Miele Melbourne Experience Centre requires a proactive Assistant Experience Centre Manager to lead a passionate retail team and drive premium customer experiences. You will partner with the Experience Centre Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and outstanding guest journeys.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will coach staff, manage rosters, and collaborate with culinary demonstrations to showcase Miele’s premium products.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Experience Centre Manager in leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team to achieve financial, service and customer experience targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey by leading consultative sales conversations and resolving customer enquiries with professionalism
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the Culinary Team to deliver engaging demonstrations, customer events and premium in-store experiences
• Build strong relationships with local business partners, Miele Chartered Agents (MCAs) and internal stakeholders to drive customer referrals and business growth
• Take ownership of centre operations, including rostering, stock management, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Must-have Demonstrated retail leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving sales and customer service targets
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Nice-to-have Experience in premium retail, luxury goods, appliances, interiors or home furnishings
• Experience leading consultative sales teams
• Relevant business or retail qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
