Job summary

Goodstart South Nowra is seeking an Assistant Director to lead our team and support the Centre Director in delivering high-quality early learning and care at the Nowra site. This permanent, on-site role offers 38 hours per week with a pay range that reflects experience and qualifications, plus superannuation.

You will mentor staff, contribute to a positive culture, and ensure operations run smoothly in the Centre Director’s absence, while upholding Goodstart Practice Guide standards.

• Experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position.

• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.

Job description

Role: Assistant Director. Location: Nowra – NSW. Centre: Goodstart South Nowra – Exceeding NQS. Employment Type: Permanent. 38 Hours per week. Pay: $46.76 – $71.79 P/h + Super (DOE and Qualification).
