Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Melton South is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to step up into leadership, operations and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week and split shifts Monday to Friday: 6.45 - 9.00am and 2.45 - 6.30pm.

You will work with experienced regional managers, mentor educators, manage rosters, and develop engaging programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft, while building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain police check (we will cover)
• State Working-with-Children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• VIC Diploma-Level Educator qualification or progress to ACECQA standard

Join us in Melton Southas an Assistant Coordinator. This is the perfect "step-up" role to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, there will be many opportunities where you’ll gain hands‑on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community. You will also play a key role in the ongoing growth and success with this school.
