Job summary

Stockland Halcyon Communities in Victoria is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations across our large over-55s communities, delivering connection and practical assistance to homeowners.

You’ll handle enquiries, welcome new homeowners, assist with events, room bookings, maintenance requests and incident reporting, while providing clear communications and hands-on teamwork across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, community services, or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for Stockland Halcyon communities
• Assist homeowners with enquiries and community needs
• Welcome new homeowners, including move-in day handovers
• Support Community Managers with events and activities
• Provide admin support to operations and communications
• Manage room bookings, maintenance requests, incident reporting
