Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime, seeks an Assistant Club Manager for our Albion Park club as part of the Future Leaders Programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities to prepare for a future Club Manager role while driving member wellbeing and leadership excellence.

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience.
• Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership growth by proactively following up on leads and walk-ins to maximise conversion.
• Monitor club performance metrics and support improvement initiatives.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to enhance sales and customer service.
• Ensure accurate onboarding of new members, including inductions and access setup.
• Promote additional services such as Personal Training, Programs, and Group Fitness.
• Collaborate with the Club Manager on local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
• Respond to member enquiries and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of club facilities and equipment.
• Support safety compliance through audits, incident reporting, and hazard management.
• Assist with administrative duties and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and supporting staff development and recruitment.
• Manage and support Group Fitness and Personal Training operations, including timetabling, recruitment, and lead generation.

SKILLS& EXPERIENCE
