Job summary

Milestones Hillcrest, part of Affinity Education Group, is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support daily operations and lead with heart in a vibrant Hillcrest, QLD centre. Working with the Centre Manager, you will mentor educators, engage families, and drive quality outcomes while upholding child safety and compliance within our values-driven organisation.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Leadership experience within early childhood settings.

About You

You are someone who leads with kindness and confidence and brings:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent


• Leadership experience within early childhood (Assistant or Centre Manager experience preferred)


• A current Working with Children Check


• Confidence in supporting compliance, quality, and operational goals


• A genuine passion for supporting educators and creating positive outcomes for children and families
