Job summary

Eden Academy Glenroy is seeking a visionary Centre Manager to lead a dynamic, well-resourced early learning centre from 6.30am to 6.30pm. You will inspire a team of educators, nurture strong connections with families, and ensure high-quality care across all rooms.

As a strong, values-led leader, you’ll manage operations, budgets, and professional development, while modelling safety, inclusion, and joy in learning for 106 children and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-recognised equivalent.
• Working with Children Check current.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Commitment to child safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Oversee daily operations and centre compliance from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

What You’ll Bring

• You'll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights
• Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate
• Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• A warm, approachable and professional manner
• You love building strong, meaningful connections with families and the local community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
