Job summary

Eden Academy Maroochydore is seeking a Float Educator to nurture learners through playful learning, create engaging spaces, and support families with warmth and professionalism.

Operating from 6:30am–6:30pm, the centre offers a nurturing environment with natural spaces and ample age-appropriate resources. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to early learning excellence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
• Working with Children Check required.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Genuine passion for early learning and a warm, professional presence.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
