Job summary

Eden Academy Pacific Pines is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support daily operations and lead a team of educators in delivering high‑quality care.

The role emphasises strong leadership, teamwork and community engagement, with an on‑site schedule that runs 6:30am–6:30pm and a warm, professional workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Right to work in Australia.
• Professional and warm presentation.
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence.
• Team‑first attitude and a positive environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
• Two professional references, including one from a manager in childcare/education.

About You

What You’ll Bring:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check
• Possess Australian Working Right
• Present yourself in a professional and warm manner

• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
