Overview

Welcome to Eden Academy Loganlea. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive. In your role as a Educator,

Responsibilities

You will Nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
Guide and spark a love of learning that stays with our little leaners for life

What You’ll Bring

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
A current Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
