Job summary

Paspaley Pearls opens a brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique on the Gold Coast in December 2026. We are seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager (Full-Time) to join the founding team and help set the standard for luxury service and client experiences.

You will partner with the Boutique Manager to deliver refined client experiences, coach a high-performing team, and champion brand integrity while sharing the heritage and craftsmanship of our treasures.
