Job summary

Woodcut Sydney Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to work closely with our Bar Manager to drive the bar programme. You will lead and inspire a high-performing bar team, manage rostering, stock, and guest service, and contribute to evolving Woodcut's drinks offering.

This on-site role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a passion for delivering luxury guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a premium bar environment.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume service operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
• A genuine passion for the drinks industry and exceptional product knowledge.
• Creativity to contribute to the development and evolution of Woodcut’s drinks offering.
• Impeccable grooming standards suitable for a luxury environment.
• Excellent guest engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster.
• Strong organisational skills and experience with back-of-house tasks (rostering, stock control, POS programming, etc.).
