Job summary

NSW Department of Education is offering a Temporary Full-Time role in the Asset Management Division, focusing on delivering asset services for multiple schools and overseeing capital works from design to construction. Candidates should have experience in facilities or property management, project management skills, and strong budgeting and cost estimation

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Property Management.
• Construction Project Management or Trade experience.
• Excellent customer service in dealing with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge in scope writing, along with the ability to estimate project costs and manage budgets.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the assigned area of Northern Sydney Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and other asset management staff to support the design, development and construction phases of projects.
• Delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management.
• Support timely and effective project delivery.
• Scope writing, estimation of project costs and manage budgets.
