Job summary

Mirvac in Sydney seeks an Asset Performance Engineer to provide technical, analytical and coordination support to the National Manager, Facilities Management and Regional Operations Managers across asset performance, reliability, maintenance effectiveness and lifecycle planning.

You will analyse asset performance data, identify trends, support lifecycle data collection, and help prepare scopes and documentation guiding priorities and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years engineering experience in building services, property operations or asset management.
• Experience with technical reports, scopes, briefs or investigations.
• Ability to interpret asset data, drawings and reports and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyse asset performance, maintenance and reliability data and prepare dashboards and reports for managers.
• Review planned vs reactive maintenance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate technical investigations, inspections and inputs and track actions to completion.
• Prepare information for lifecycle, capital and operational decision-making and business cases.
