Job summary

Mirvac Group is seeking an Asset Performance Engineer to provide technical and analytical support across asset performance, reliability and lifecycle planning for the facilities portfolio.

You will analyse data, create dashboards, review maintenance performance, and assist in lifecycle decisions, working with the National Manager, Facilities Management and regional operations. Requires 2–3 years in building services or related fields.

Qualifications

• > 2–3 years engineering experience in building services, property operations or asset management.
• > Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering.
• > Experience with data analysis and generating technical reports.
• > Strong written/verbal communication and ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• > Proficiency with Excel and standard business systems; Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse asset performance, maintenance and reliability data and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership.
• Review planned vs reactive maintenance, failures and recurring defects to identify trends.
• Support collection/analysis of lifecycle data to aid maintenance planning and asset renewal.
• Coordinate investigations and technical inputs, tracking actions to completion.
• Prepare information for lifecycle, capital and operational decision-making.
