Job summary

Mirvac is seeking an Asset Performance Engineer to provide technical and analytical support to our Facilities Management teams across asset performance, reliability and lifecycle planning.

You will analyse maintenance and asset data to identify trends, coordinate investigations and contribute to business cases and investment decisions. This role involves working with stakeholders to improve asset visibility and decision-making. Strong communication and Excel/Power BI skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical or building services).
• 2–3 years' experience in building services, asset management or facilities engineering.
• Experience with technical reports, scopes or investigations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse asset performance and reliability data and produce dashboards and reports.
• Review maintenance performance to identify trends and improvements.
• Coordinate technical investigations and lifecycle planning support.
• Prepare information for asset investment decisions and business cases.
