Job summary

Gough Recruitment is partnering with an established property investment and funds management group in Sydney to appoint an experienced Asset Manager for a commercial office portfolio. This senior, hands‑on role focuses on asset stabilisation, leasing, income growth and driving asset performance with autonomy and direct access to senior decision-makers.

• Strong commercial office asset management experience.
• Background in property funds, investment management or landlord-side ownership.
• Proven track record in leasing, asset stabilisation and income growth.
• Strong financial acumen across budgets, valuations and asset reporting.
• Experience managing capital works and external service providers.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable with operational detail.
• Ideally experience in a smaller, agile investment environment.
