This role emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based decision making and strategic prioritisation across the asset portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management, infrastructure or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading asset management improvement, framework implementation, or organisational change.
• Experience influencing stakeholders with no direct authority.
• Knowledge of lifecycle planning, maintenance strategy, risk management and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Translate asset management strategy into practical objectives, plans and tools for multiple teams.
• Lead asset management improvement initiatives across governance, information, capability and reporting.
• Support asset owners to make evidence-informed decisions across investment, operations, and renewal.
• Coordinate portfolio reporting highlighting asset risks, performance, and investment needs.
