Reporting to the Manager - Asset Maintenance Services, you will handle data entry, system faults, reports, and liaison with internal teams and suppliers. Parental leave cover for 12 months, with potential future opportunities.

We are seeking an Asset Maintenance Administrator to join the Transport Division on a fixed 12 month-term, part-time basis. Reporting to the Manager - Asset Maintenance Services, this role provides administrative and data support to the Mechanical and Fleet Maintenance teams, with a strong focus on asset databases, maintenance records and condition monitoring. Based in Cohuna, this is a parental leave cover role, however suitable candidates may be considered for other opportunities that arise within the business.

Duties include:

Provide administrative support for plant and equipment allocations, repairs, maintenance and replacement

Maintain accurate asset and maintenance records across systems including MEX, MTData, Mawcentral, Epicor and ARM

Receive and record system faults and coordinate timely scheduling of repairs or resolution

Perform database health and data cleaning activities to support reliable reporting and analysis

Data entry, record keeping and preparation of reports as required

Process purchase orders and accounts receivable

Prepare business correspondence and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers

Experience or knowledge in asset management and/or condition monitoring of plant and equipment (desirable)

Strong administration, data entry and record-keeping skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence working with multiple computer systems and databases

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
