Mawsons is seeking an experienced Full Time Asset Maintenance & Support Co-ordinator (Fixed Plant) to work with Mawsons’ managers and teams across Cohuna and surrounding sites, designing, refining and implementing condition and performance monitoring systems for quarry plant and equipment.

This hands-on role aims to improve asset reliability, lifecycle planning and proactive maintenance, with regular travel and a company vehicle included as part of an attractive salary package.

Formación

• Experience in asset maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and OEM data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain condition and performance monitoring systems for quarry plant and equipment.
• Provide asset management advice using data and repair history.
• Assist with maintenance planning, repairs and capital replacement decisions.
• Work with Quarry Managers to optimize plant performance.
• Maintain service records across MEX, Mawcentral, Epicor and MT Data.
