E. B. Mawson & Sons Pty Ltd in regional Victoria and NSW seeks a capable Concrete Regional Manager for the Central Murray region, overseeing Yarrawonga, Cobram, Tocumwal, Corowa sites and Wangaratta Betterdrive.

This leadership role reports to the Concrete Operations Manager (East) and drives safety, quality and targets. You will mentor site managers, deliver production and sales forecasts, expand the client base, lead capital projects and foster a collaborative team culture.

Position Available: Full Time Concrete Regional Manager - Central Murray

We seek a self-motivated and enthusiastic person for this full-time position as Regional Manager of our Central Murray region covering our Yarrawonga, Cobram, Tocumwal and Corowa Concrete sites and Wangaratta Betterdrive Concrete Posts. This is a key management role reporting directly to the Concrete Operations Manager (East).

Duties include:

• Manage and support site managers to develop and achieve operational targets, production goals and sales forecasts that are safety focussed
• Oversee the safe and efficient production and delivery of products that meet the needs of our clients
• Effective maintenance and expansion of client base by providing excellent service, community relations and local business interactions
• Promote a team environment through active engagement and collaboration
• Manage capital projects efficiently within the Region and lead with business optimisation projects
• Asset management and maintenance including infrastructure, plant/equipment and machinery requirements
• Mentor, empower and support site managers to appropriately manage staff and support development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and project management skills
• Ability to mentor and work across a multi-disciplinary team
• Professional maturity, a positive attitude & good work ethic
• Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance
