Job summary

Victorian Government is seeking an Asset Data Acquisition Manager to oversee data validation, governance and project reporting within transport and land services. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and third-party contractors to deliver on time and to quality standards.

You will manage data collection activities, ensure compliance with relevant standards and drive continuous improvement across asset data acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with project delivery experience and contract management with third-party contractors within a quality framework (mandatory).
• Experience in condition audits/inspections, transport infrastructure knowledge, safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, quality and reporting requirements for projects.
• Oversee data validation and assurance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors; prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure data collection activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with standards.
