Job summary

Home in Place, based in Newcastle, seeks a detail-oriented Asset Compliance Coordinator to support asset compliance across our growing property portfolio. The role involves maintaining registers, coordinating inspections, and liaising with contractors and regulators to ensure timely compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, property, facilities management or asset management.
• Knowledge of property and building compliance requirements including fire safety and certification.
• Strong administrative, organisational and record management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor asset compliance activities across the property portfolio.
• Maintain compliance registers, schedules, records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate compliance programs including fire safety, electrical testing and inspections.
• Monitor obligations and ensure inspections and certifications are completed on time.
• Liaise with contractors, certifiers and regulators regarding requirements.
• Review and file compliance certificates, reports and documentation.
• Assist with managing compliance risks, findings and follow-up actions.
• Prepare compliance reports for stakeholders.
