Job summary

You will work closely with the Director of Culinary and Head Chef to prepare mise en place, assist with high‑quality dish production, and maintain strict food safety standards.

The successful candidate will hold a commercial cookery qualification (Cert III or IV) and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
