Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to understand technical product ranges and convey value.
• Strong networking across builders and architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across residential construction markets.
• Build strong relationships with builders, installers, distributors and trade customers.
• Promote premium outdoor building systems including veranda's, patios, pergolas, carports and louvre solutions.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to customers and project stakeholders.
• Identify specification opportunities with architects, designers and building professionals.
• Manage projects from enquiry through to quotation and successful completion.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Develop territory growth strategies and execute targeted business development plans.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using your CRM.
• Represent the business professionally across industry events, trade visits and customer meetings.
