Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment - Sydney North Shore NSW is assisting a reputable construction business to fill a 5-month Accounts Receivable Officer contract during a peak period, based on Sydney's lower north shore with 2 days work-from-home.

You will manage high-volume debtor transactions and AR invoicing, process credit notes and AR adjustments, and perform cash allocations while delivering timely finance support.

Qualifications

• Immediately available with full-time working rights.
• Prior experience in a high-volume AR/credit role.
• Sage experience is essential (applicants without experience will not be considered).
• Working Holiday Visa (WHV - subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply.

Our client is a well-established construction services business operating nationally, supporting a busy, high-volume environment with ongoing change and process improvements.

Based in Sydney's lower north shore with 2 days WFH, you'll join a supportive, down-to-earth finance leader and a collaborative team that values initiative and clear communication.

The Role

This is a 5-month Accounts Receivable Officer contract to support the team through a peak workload period following a recent systems change. Key responsibilities include:

Managing high-volume debtor transactions and AR invoicing

Processing credit notes and handling AR adjustments

Cash allocations and receipts processing

Supporting the team with AR queries and general finance support as required
