Job summary

Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a team of 3 within a large transport and logistics business in Port Botany.

You will support end-to-end accounts receivable functions, drive cash flow outcomes and ensure accuracy, compliance and excellent service to stakeholders.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in a team of 3 for a large transport & logistics business in Port Botany. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and demonstrate an ability to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you’ll assist with the end-to-end accounts receivable function, help cash flow outcomes and ensure accuracy, compliance and great service to all stakeholders.

The roles will be responsible but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivables
• Debtor reporting
• Managing records and receipts
• Processing COD Payments and customer invoices
• Follow up payments as required and liaise with debtors and debt collection
• Customer Service
• Credit control
• Supporting the Finance Manager
