Job summary

seek.com.au is partnering with a well regarded organisation in Penrith to appoint an experienced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer. You will own financial administration across AR, AP and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to support business goals.

Key responsibilities include invoicing, supplier payments, payroll calculations and compliance with Australian taxation and superannuation rules.

Qualifications

• Experience as Accounts Officer, Accounts Clerk or similar finance role.
• Strong skills in accounting software and Excel.
• Solid understanding of AR, AP and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of Australian taxation, superannuation and payroll legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with high volume transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts receivable transactions including invoicing and credit control.
• Manage accounts payable, verify invoices, process payments and supplier reconciliations.
• Administer payroll, calculate salaries, deductions and payroll reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management.
• Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and customers on financial matters.
• Support month-end and year-end close; ensure compliance with legislation.
