Job summary

qtk is seeking a proactive Finance Administrator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia. This role operates across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, balancing debt collection with supplier invoicing and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data.

You will manage customer accounts, follow up overdue payments, and collaborate with various teams to resolve queries, ensuring high data accuracy and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or finance administration.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Confident chasing outstanding debt and having payment conversations with customers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent data entry with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• A flexible and team-focused approach.
• The ability to shift priorities in a busy finance team.
• Accounts Payable experience would be highly regarded.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Managing AR and maintaining customer accounts.
• Proactively following up overdue accounts and chasing outstanding debt.
• Speaking with customers regarding payments, account queries and outstanding balances.
• Receipting and allocating customer payments.
• Following up payment commitments and resolving discrepancies.
• Completing account and bank reconciliations.
• Processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Managing supplier queries and account reconciliations.
• Working across AR and AP as business priorities require.
• Maintaining accurate financial data and completing high-volume data entry.
• Working with different teams across the business to resolve account and invoice queries.
