Job summary

Inner West Council is seeking a customer-focused team member to support patrons at its aquatic centres. In a fast-paced environment you will respond to enquiries, resolve issues and help visitors access activities that promote active, healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment.
  • A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems.
  • Organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users.
  • Respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.

$32.25 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation
