Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator to lead operations at Caboolture Pool & Fitness Centre. You will ensure safe, patron-friendly service and manage on-site teams, contractors and OH&S compliance.

With emphasis on incident investigation, risk controls and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with the Venue Manager to enhance centre appearance and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Aquatic Operations environment.
• Ability to lead a team and develop others.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all emergency equipment is in good working condition.
• Support the Aquatic Operations Manager in investigating accidents and incidents.
• Monitor OHS, Risk and Environment performance and initiate actions to improve performance.
• Implement hazard and environment inspections, risk assessments, risk controls and corrective actions, ensuring all records are kept.
• Manage budgets and prepare required reports.
• Maintain NPS and mystery shop scores in line with KPIs adopted by Belgravia Leisure.
