Zusammenfassung

Randstad are looking for an experienced and analytical professional to deliver high-quality advisory and planning support for a Federal Government agency based in Robina.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role commencing in January 2027 through to 31st December 2027, paying $61.86/hour plus super, with the possibility of extension. You will assess risks, provide safeguarding guidance under legislative frameworks, and mentor staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in human services or complex client service environments.
• Ability to assess complex information and identify key risks.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and legislation is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Gather information, identify risks, and assess complex and sensitive participant circumstances.
• Provide safeguarding advice and options to internal staff.
• Facilitate discussions to guide safeguarding interventions.
• Support urgent interventions under a case management model.
• Interpret legislation and procedures to achieve positive outcomes.
• Coach team members and monitor workflow.
• Contribute to quality improvement of services and guidance materials.
