Job summary

DFP Recruitment is hiring APS6 Planners in Robina, Queensland, on a 12-month assignment with hybrid work (up to two days from home) at $61.86 per hour plus super. The role supports the Participant Safeguarding Advisory team and focuses on complex safeguarding scenarios for NDIS participants.

You will assess complex circumstances, identify risks of harm, and provide specialised written and verbal advice to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess complex/sensitive information.
• Excellent written communication for clear advice and reports.

• Sound judgement applying legislation, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Gather and assess information on complex participant circumstances.
• Identify risks of harm and develop evidence-based safeguarding advice.
• Prepare clear, concise written advice, reports and documentation.
• Facilitate discussions and provide guidance to staff on safeguarding matters.
• Coordinate interventions with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Support development of operational processes and guidance materials.
