The Role

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, office administration, or a related field, or the ability to quickly acquire the relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate activities and achieve quality outcomes, often within tight deadlines.
  • Well developed written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence, briefing material and other documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately, including maintaining records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing tasks independently.
  • A customer focused approach, with a commitment to providing responsive and professional support.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities, business needs and operational requirements.

The Directorate delivers a broad range of HR services that support the SES workforce throughout the employment lifecycle.
