You will provide specialist payroll, workforce administration and reporting support while partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective people services.
Your responsibilities will include:
You are an experienced APS HR professional with strong capability across payroll, workforce management, recruitment and reporting.
You bring a detailed understanding of APS processes and the ability to translate workforce data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.
You have demonstrated experience managing complex payroll and workforce activities, working with HR systems and providing accurate reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
Your ability to identify improvements, streamline processes and provide trusted advice will enable you to make an immediate contribution.
You are organised, analytical and proactive, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using eRecruit or similar recruitment systems will be highly regarded, along with the ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights.
