Job summary

ABN Group in Western Australia is seeking a detail‑driven approvals administrator to join the Approvals Team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage submitting building licenses, tracking approvals, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a highly process‑driven, administrative role requiring strong organisation, excellent communication with councils and stakeholders, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sound administration skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication with internal teams and external councils.

Responsibilities

• Process submissions of building license and planning applications.
• Liaise with Sales and Design teams to achieve positive customer outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders including local councils.
• Utilise technology systems to update reports accurately.
• Provide alternatives and outcomes for non-complaint requests.
• Ensure file notes are entered accurately in the systems.
• Support customers throughout the journey from sales to construction.
