Responsibilities

• Prioritise, allocate, and track all jobs within the team and department, ensuring efficiency and timely completion
• Lead and support a customer-centric culture within the approvals function, providing feedback to build team capability and promote continuous learning
• Engage key stakeholders to implement initiatives improving efficiency and effectiveness, positively impacting approval timelines and customer satisfaction
• Conduct assessments of approval applications for insights, development and process improvement
• Meet and exceed KPIs for workflow management, approval timelines and customer satisfaction
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews with team members focusing on development plans and individual performance
• Document and address present and future risks associated with approval processes, supporting mitigation plans
• Proactive communication and relationship building with external stakeholders
