Job summary

Theelow Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable person to join our plastering team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will train directly with experienced tradespeople, gaining hands‑on experience across steel framing, plasterboard installation, ceiling and wall repairs, and commercial and residential projects around Sydney.

This role offers a structured pathway to develop into a highly skilled plasterer, with a standard 38‑hour week, weekend work when required, and transport/logistics support.

Qualifications

• Reliable and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
• Willing to undertake hands-on plastering tasks across sites.
• Drivers licence is highly regarded for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in steel wall and ceiling framing and plasterboard installation.
• Perform setting, finishing, and small repairs on walls and ceilings.
• Support in commercial fit-outs and residential projects.
• Learn from experienced tradespeople on various site tasks.

Theelow Pty Ltd is an experienced plastering and interior linings company specialising in a wide range of commercial, government, insurance and residential projects. We provide quality plastering services, from small residential repairs through to large-scale commercial fit-outs and government projects. Our team works closely with builders, project managers, insurance companies, government organisations and private clients to deliver reliable, high-quality workmanship.

The Role In this role, you will work closely with the company director, who has maintained a hands‑on, on‑the‑tools approach to ensure the right candidate receives quality training and practical experience across all areas of the trade. Working across projects throughout Sydney, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of highly sought‑after plastering skills, including:

• Steel wall & Ceiling framing Standard plasterboard installation Fire‑rated wall and ceiling systems
• Acoustic systems Cornice installation Setting and finishing
• Ceiling and wall repairs Commercial fit‑outs Insurance repair work
