Job summary

RecruitShop is seeking a senior plasterer for high-end residential projects across Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. The role focuses on plasterboard fixing, setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads and detailed finishes.

You will manage projects and liaise with clients in a quality-driven, supportive team environment. The ideal candidate has plastering trade qualifications, a White Card, a valid driver’s licence and a strong pride in premium finishes.

• Experience with suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads and square set finishes.
• Pride in quality of finish on premium homes.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver quality plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads, square set and detailed high-end residential finishes, while contributing to a collaborative and professional team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Plasterboard fixing and setting across high-end residential projects
• Square set finishes and detailed, high-quality residential work
• Suspended ceilings, steel framing and bulkheads
• Installing cornices, mouldings and feature walls
• Wet-area linings and fire-rated work where required
• Managing your own projects and liaising directly with clients

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Hands-on experience across plasterboard fixing and setting, suspended ceilings, steel framing, bulkheads and square set
• A background in high-end residential work and genuine pride in the quality of your finish
• The ability to work independently while remaining reliable, professional and a strong team player
• A trade qualification in plastering and a current White Card
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
