Evolution Mining's Northparkes Operations invites applicants to join a four-year Apprenticeship Program that combines hands-on training with a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. You’ll learn to maintain crushers, conveyors and pumps while supported by experienced tradespeople.

Roster is Monday to Friday with a 9-day fortnight. You must have Year 12 and a current driver’s license, be safety-minded and eager to learn.

• Strong commitment to safety and learning on the job.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Current driver’s license is required.

What’s the opportunity?

Our four‑year Apprenticeship Program gives you the hands‑on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. As part of our program, you’ll receive necessary tools, TAFE accommodation and additional support if required. The roster is Monday - Friday, working a 9‑day fortnight. You will be responsible for supporting the reliability and safety of Northparkes’ Fixed Plant operations by learning to maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as crushers, conveyors, and pumps.
