Evolution Mining invites applications for a four-year Apprenticeship Program at Northparkes Operations in Australia. You will receive hands‑on training from experienced tradespeople, a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation, and support including TAFE accommodation.

The roster is 5/2/4/3 (Dayshift only). You will assist qualified boilermakers with fabrication, maintenance and installation of mining equipment, while developing practical skills and

Our four-year Apprenticeship Program gives you the hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. As part of our program, you’ll receive necessary tools, TAFE accommodation and additional support if required.

You will be responsible for assisting qualified boilermakers and tradespeople with the fabrication, maintenance, repair and installation of fixed plant and mining equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist tradespeople with the maintenance, repair and fabrication of mining equipment
• Develop trade skills through on-the-job training, teamwork and practical experience.
• Committing to maintaining health, safety, and security standards and principles, both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks throughout Evolution.
• Maintaining workshop housekeeping and safety standards
• Attending TAFE and completing formal training requirements
