You will help prepare breakfast dishes, assist with mise en place, maintain quality and safety standards, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen preferred for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking breakfast dishes for buffet and à la carte service.
• Support mise en place and ensure smooth morning operations.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety procedures and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
